Resilient Expat Families - How do they do it?
The well being of couple and family relationships has been well documented as having a key role in the success of international assignments. The inability of the family to adjust is the second most cited reason for international assignment failure. Expat life carries with it some inherent challenges that can be difficult for couples and families to overcome.
During the seminar we will identify some of the common difficulties couples and families encounter during their expatriate experience. We will also discuss factors which enable families to create strong relationships during their international journey so they can respond to each challenge with greater resilience and optimism
