Individual Counselling

Most people, at sometime in their lives will encounter problems, challenges, stressful events that are really difficult to overcome. They may cause feelings of sadness, worry, discomfort and sometimes, stronger feelings like depression or high anxiety. Sometimes there is not a significant event or trigger which causes these feelings but instead a longer lasting feeling of melancholy or just a general sense of life not being what you want it to be. These are the times it can be really helpful to talk to a qualified and experienced therapist.
